Chinese Takeaway Kids
Podcast Cover
2023Chinese Takeaway Kids is a podcast by Cindy Zheng that shares the stories of Chinese Americans who grew up in their families’ takeout restaurants. Rather than focusing on food, it centers on personal memories and lived experiences. To reflect that nostalgia, I designed the podcast cover using a collage of the host’s photo, elements from Chinese takeout culture, such as the iconic takeout bag typography, food imagery, and the traditional Chinese good luck character.
